We shoot the AW22 collection at the Finnish architectural master piece - Pohjola building that can be considered a total work of art. The Pohjola building with all the stone and wooden sculptures on the façades and inside are impressive it leads to the era of National Romanticism.

Between stylish updates to the flat like Gabi ballerinas to a plethora of Bona stretchy recycled nylon boots, there is no shortage of options when choosing your go-to shoes for the season.

Clogs are our signature styles and Terhi aim to challenge wood to new interesting forms without forgetting the practicality. Wooden clogs, such as Sam and Tove, are prioritized by comfort and utility. We also love the merino-lined suede version of Sam clog. Each wooden clog is handmade in São Vicente Pereira, Portugal using wood from Alder trees. The selected trees come from FSC certified forests in Portugal.

Nature has always been important to Terhi and she spends a lot of time outdoor. The Autumn-Winter collection has a strong connection to outdoor and trekking. Catskill Vibram boots and Saana city hiking boots, and the highly successful Arctic Grip soles in Christy Vibram boots are especially designed to outdoors.

To respect the nature we are always looking for new innovations and ways to create shoes. In this collection we are using more new innovations; such as Recycled Nylon and Polyester.

We also use new Bio Couro’s wet white tanned leather in the linings throughout the whole collection. This is a real Eco-friendly tanning process. Wet white leathers are produced by combinations of synthetic tannins, vegetable tannins, glutaraldehydes and minerals.

Our merino wool is 100% mulesing free and continues its success bringing the softness and comfiness to the collection. All the boot styles have 100% rubber soles that are durable and flexible.

Terhi has a signature style of confident ease and subtle femininity that is modern, versatile and beautiful. The shoes are designed in Helsinki and produced in Portugal from the finest materials by artisans that have years of experience in craftsmanship.
