We offer tracking code with all the orders.
All our prices are in euros and they include Finnish tax 24% (VAT). Please note that when ordering outside EU, customer is responsible for the local customs and taxes that are not included in the shipping costs. Please contact your local customs service for further information.
Due to limited resources we do not deliver online orders to UK due the brexit.
Finnish post holds parcels in the post and pick up boxes for a week. If a parcel is not picked up from the pick-up point the parcel will be returned to us and a refund of the order will be made and a fee of 10€ is deducted from the refund amount.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return purchased products within 14 days from the date you received your order. The products need to be unused and in the original package.

RETURN
The returned products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging within 14 days.
Follow the instructions that received along the goods and fill the return form.
Write our return number on top of the package and take the package to the Post office for the customer return.
We will refund the full cost of the product but a return fee 8€ applies in all domestic orders in Finland. The return fee will be deducted from the refund.
Returns can also be processed at our store. In that case we won't take the return fee.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

RETURN

All international returns must be clearly marked on the outside as "Returned Goods" to avoid import duty. Any import duty that is incurred will be deducted from the refund.

HOW TO RETURN INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
1. Contact us at store(at)terhipolkki.com, and we will create you a return dispatch note.
2. Pack the item carefully by using the original shoe box and the original shipping bag or another protective bag.
3. Fill our return form carefully before returning.
4. Contact your local customer service and request a pick-up.

FAIR USE
As a small and sustainable design company we want to avoid overconsumption by producing only small quantities of shoes. This also means that we want to sell our shoes to them who really want them and avoid unnecessary shipping of the goods back and forth. We want you to really love your shoes. Only shoes that look good and fit well will be used for long. We always provide 14 days return and exchange policy but unfortunately we've noticed some unusual purchasing patterns and buying behavior and that's why we've introduced our Fair Use term.
If we have a reasonable suspicion that there is abuse, fraud, harassment, unnormal buying behaviour on the part of the customer, or that a customer is a professional trader or if a customer makes return after return, we reserve the right to reject the order with reference to our Fair Use term.
SPECIAL SALE CAMPAIGNS
Special sale and campaign products (e.g. Sample Sale) can be exchanged to another product or gift card within 14 days of the purchase.
